1. How can I have access to the videos and articles?

You can have access to the contents of the portal by subscribing on our website. To do so it is very simple, you just need to create an account on the portal and start working out.

2. How can I change my password?

To change your password, you have to go on the account tab of the website. You can find this section on the top menu. Once you are on your account page, scroll down and you will have access to the “Change password” settings.

3. Why is the content of the portal locked?

If you can’t access to the articles and videos of the portal, it’s because you are not connected to an account. If you already subscribed to the portal, please login and the content will be accessible. Otherwise, if you don’t have an account yet you need to subscribe and create one. 7. I have problems to login, what can I do?

If you have problems to login it can be because of your mail address or your password. First, go on your mailbox and try to find back the confirmation mail we sent you when you subscribed. If you can find it, it means that your mail address is the right one, otherwise it could be another of your mail addresses or a typo mistake.

Otherwise, the problem can come from the password, if you never changed it you can find it on the confirmation mail. Otherwise, click on the “Forgot your password?” button to set a new one.

8. How can I get a trial membership?
